Jens’ Eagle Project

Over the summer 2015 Jens built an information board at Old Poway Park in commemoration of Kiwanis International 100 Years of Service. The park personnel can now post upcoming events and useful information on the board. When people arrive at the park, it is easy to get a hold of the information. The kiosk is placed at the north-west entry at Aubrey Road. Jens completed the project on September 6th 2015.

Thanks to the Kiwanis Club of Poway, Troop 682 families, St. Bartholomew’s Episcopal Church families and thanks to Jens’ friends and family for the support!

On Saturday, August 22, Jens had Scouts come and help him stain the parts and do sanding too.

In the weekend, September 5 and 6, Jens had Scouts come and help him set up the information board at Old Poway Park.
